SOUND ADVICE

I came across a site where there is a wealth of Hellen Keller’s wisdom to choose from.

If you haven’t heard of her, here is some more detail about her history.

I greatly admire Ms Keller and her courage and capacity to forge a life for herself.

The Danger of Speaking in Public

The quote in the poster below resonated with me when I was thinking about ways to capture what my clients are feeling when faced with speaking in public.

If you simply MUST find a way to speak in public, here is a way to look at the fear you have.

Avoiding ‘it’ is not the safer option, if you hesitate and take no action to address the fear, it will not save you.

The fear that holds you back will return again and again and stop you from speaking your truth.
